The InfraAI platform is built on a modular, cloud-native architecture designed for scalability and reliability, integrating Earth observation data processing, AI/ML analytics, and interactive visualization layers



Earth Observation (EO) Fusion
Unlike solutions that rely solely on in-situ IoT sensors, InfraAI integrates satellite radar (InSAR), optical imagery, LiDAR, and multispectral data. This fusion enables regional to global coverage for detecting surface deformation, subsidence, and structural displacement with millimeter-scale precision over coherent targets. We utilize both open-source (e.g., Sentinel-1) and commercial high-resolution SAR datasets.

The AI/ML Processing Core
Our core transforms validated data into predictive intelligence and actionable risk assessments using physics-based system models. This includes:

Anomaly Detection: Algorithms like Isolation Forest and one-class SVMs identify unusual infrastructure behavior patterns and deviations from normal.

Prediction Models: Multi-variable LSTM and XGBoost models generate probabilistic forecasts, detecting early warning signals at least 3–6 months before conventional inspection methods identify issues.

Risk Assessment Framework: We synthesize Hazard, Vulnerability, and Consequence into comprehensive scores (Ra = SHI × VI × EI).



Digital Twins & Decision Theater
We create time-evolving, EO-informed dynamic digital twins. The Decision Theater goes beyond basic dashboards, offering an interactive, visual, scenario-testing platform for multi-stakeholders like engineers, policymakers, and insurers. Users can test "what-if" scenarios of climate change and sea level rise to allocate budgets and design resilient infrastructure.
